Trade Marks

Your trade marks - or brand names, if you prefer - are your most valuable assets.   No question!   They are the means by which your existing customers find you and your products again and they enable new customers to find you in the first place.   No one can trade without a trade mark.

For this reason, it is vital that your trade marks are protected against mis-use by others.   Unauthorised use of your mark – or even a similar mark – dilutes the distinctiveness of your brand and more importantly is likely to lead to lost sales, damaging your business.

Designs

The outward appearance of a product - i.e. the colour, shape, pattern or texture - can often be a deciding factor when making a purchase.
