Sylvie has over 20 years’ experience in intellectual property, representing clients from a wide range of sectors. 

​She has extensive expertise in trade mark searching, filing and prosecution of trade mark applications, resolution of disputes through agreements, licenses, oppositions, infringement issues, watching, brand management together with the management of international assignment programmes and brand portfolios. 

Sylvie has a strong academic background - a first class degree in Law and a distinction in the Legal Practice course having earned a scholarship from the Titmuss Sainer Fund.
