It is a last resort to commence formal proceedings and GWW will do our best to avoid disputes - it can often be possible to avoid formal proceedings by obtaining suitable assurances from third parties. Where an amicable settlement is not possible however, we prepare, file and prosecute oppositions, cancellation actions and manage infringement actions.
