Helen is a registered Trade Mark Attorney with over ten years’ experience. She has worked in-house for an international consumer goods company, in the trade mark department of a large international law firm and for another firm of trade mark attorneys. She has advised a wide range of clients, from sole traders to large multi-nationals, including those in the clothing, food, insurance, publishing, personal care and online sectors.

Helen deals with all aspects of trade mark protection, management and acquisition and has considerable experience advising clients on the freedom to use new marks and filing and prosecution of UK, Community and overseas trade mark applications and oppositions.
