Alan Venner MITMA

Alan is a Trade Mark Attorney who has recently joined us having spent over 40 years with Venner Shipley LLP where he was a Senior Partner for over 30 years.

During that time, he has advised a wide range of direct clients in the UK, USA, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Germany and France in fields as diverse as telecoms, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, clothing, automotive machinery, sports bodies, music industry, perfumery, foodstuffs and Universities. He has substantial experience of Trade Marks, Designs, Copyright, settlement negotiations, dispute resolution, licensing, portfolio strategy and renewals.

Alan has lectured widely both in the UK and in the USA and regularly attends INTA, AIPPI and similar meetings.
